Republic Day is one of the most significant days on the calendar. So it had to be the most decorated event to be hosted. The celebrations included Photography competition, Canvas Painting Competition, Group singing and Classical Dance. It was amazing to witness the creativity that News Corp India promotes in its employees. The highlight of the competition was displaying the 5 best Canvas paintings in the office. The theme of the event was “Desh Mera Rangeela”, showcasing the palette of vivid colors that India has.

The Celebrations for January didn’t stop there and Makar Sankrati was also celebrated in the same month. The events organized for Sankranti included kite flying, earthen pot painting and flower rangoli. A day for everyone to celebrate and have a cordial time. The events embellished our traditions and kept us connected with our roots.
