She has been a Strategic Business Partner focusing on innovative and out of box initiatives to attract and retain key talent in a VUCA world. Divya has worked with global teams from diverse cultures/geographies and travelled extensively which has given her a  strong foundation on global HR practices. She has rich experience in setting up and leading HR Function for several start-ups and business units/verticals of mature organizations.
