James joined News Corp's Technology team in January 2020 as Senior Vice President, Global Technology Operations Officer. James brings extensive experience in business operations transformation within Media and Technology. In his new role, James will oversee News Corp, and enterprise-wide project governance and delivery, relationships with commercial partners, resource optimization, overall strategy, and communications.  Prior to joining News Corp., James transformed Viacom’s global technology operating model; enhancing governance, engagement, and service delivery programs. James is passionate about building diverse, talented, and creative teams.

Mutturaj is a senior executive with a wealth of experience spanning more than 18 years in different Software Companies like Product, Services, Cloud based and Banking financial services. At News Corp, Mutturaj is responsible for all corporate finance, accounting, Taxation and legal functions. He focuses on driving operational efficiencies and excellence, realignment of internal processes, long term strategy and planning and driving profitability.

Divya is a  seasoned HR Leader having rich experience of around 20 years in all facets of Human Resources with new-age high-tech global organizations and start-ups in Digital, E Commerce and Telecom Industry. She has been a Strategic Business Partner focusing on innovative and out of box initiatives to attract and retain key talent in a VUCA world. Divya has worked with global teams from diverse cultures/geographies and travelled extensively which has given her a  strong foundation on global HR practices. She has rich experience in setting up and leading HR Function for several start-ups and business units/verticals of mature organizations. She aspires to contribute her skills and experience to create a great place to work at News Corp.
